By downloading, installing, or using Tallie Up (“the App”), or by using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Tallie Up helps groups track shared expenses in circles. You may use the App as a guest (local-only, limited circles) or with a signed-in account (sync, friends, and invites). You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes.
Guest data lives on your device. Signing in enables cloud sync and sharing features; guest circles may be migrated onto your account when you sign up. You may delete your account from within the App or by contacting us.
Tallie Up is not a banking or payments application and does not move money between people. Balances reflect what users record. We do not guarantee accuracy beyond the data entered by members of a circle.
Free, Plus, and Pro limits are enforced in the App. Paid upgrades, free trials, and offer/promo codes are sold as in-app purchases through the App Store and Google Play and are subject to those stores’ terms as well as any additional terms we publish. Subscriptions may be managed in your device’s store account settings.
App content, trademarks, and software are owned by Tallie Up and its creators. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App except as allowed by law.
The App is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tallie Up and its creators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. Significant changes will be communicated where practical.
